Neighbor(s) Movement

Walking the puppy this morning I noticed both of the neighbor's cars are gone. Not only both of his but the three other cars of the house crashers are also gone. The weird thing is its a nice day and he normally rides his motorcycle to work. Being September 1st, could my greatest dream have come true and my pot smoking/can't afford the rent so let's have eight people live in a two bedroom house neighbors moved out?
