Retiring Early

I think, lately, I've almost given up on my whole plan of retiring early.  The house should be paid off at age 48 but then, ugh, still have living expenses rolling in.  One can only hope that their investments bring in some returns.  I still think shit will get worse before it gets better.  Can only hope for the best and save as much as possible.
